Blemished (B-Grade) Pieces

Riostrat asked , "What a dilema a DURGA or KALI. I've got have one but which one?
I currently play an RPC 115B on my Yani 9932J with a 2.5 Hartman carbon reed and want a similar kind of sound but with a more Fruity bottom end and good edge to cut through an electric based band (Rock, R&B and Soul)."
Theo responds, "My guess is you will like the projection the DURGA has to offer coming from an RPC which has good projection itself. So I would suggest the DURGA 8!
The DURGA gets a big full bottom end much like the KALI but has quite a bit added projection to the KALI. The KALI has a chamber like an Otto Link, but with a nice Brecker like.."

We take great pride in selling the highest quality and most-precise mouthpieces in the world.
Unfortunately, a small number of pieces become blemished in the manufacturing process and sometimes during plating. These pieces, although acoustically identical to their A-Grade brethren, have some physical blemish that removes them from the A-Grade tier.
As we know there are musicians who would benefit from pieces we would otherwise have to scrap, we are offering such pieces to the public. We will discount pieces depending on the blemish.
