The Wanne Classic Mouthpieces ‘MODEL F 00/00’ Mouthpiece is our first eloquently framed collector's item. The double O F is very unique. In fact, many of our pieces, all with their individual serial numbers, are already collectors items.
Two months before we released the KALI mouthpiece, Theo had designed another mouthpiece model which fit in-between the AMMA and KALI in our mouthpiece line-up. We made two pieces in anticipation of making a full run of 70 pieces, aiming to augment our tenor saxophone mouthpiece line with this new model. After running these two pieces, Theo decided he wanted the KALI to be a bit brighter. Thus, these pieces never hit production.
Two pieces were made and each marked with a unique serial number F 00/00, distinguishing them from the rest of our mouthpiece models (all, of which, have serial numbers). The double O F is our James Bond of mouthpieces; rare, world-class and uniquely identified with the double O mark - double O F in this case. |
